Yeah, our four-day JurisPerfect Performance Lab ( JPPL) schedule doesn’t look like a typical trial skills course, and if you can name the films that the quotes above come from, you’re already on the right track. Hopefully you are among the rare lawyers who watch legal dramas and comedies to figure out exactly what actors and directors are doing to captivate the jurors in each courtroom scene, and to excite us in the theater, rather than (you) prowling from scene to scene looking for what the filmmakers are getting wrong regarding the rules of procedure. By day four of JPPL, you will have learned a host of specific communication skills that make great actors captivating, so that the next time you enter a courtroom, you can take all of these new skills with you – to captivate the hell out of your judge and jurors.

Who should attend our course:

cheetah
Lawyers who understand how quickly first impressions are formed and want to learn the skills that will enable them to secure trust from judges and jurors in fractions of a second.
cheetah
Skilled and seasoned trial vets who have been trying cases for ten, twenty or thirty years and want to learn new skills they’ve never even considered – just to get better and better.
cheetah
Lawyers who rarely if ever go to trial, who want to become dynamic, powerful, persuasive – and to win big, when they do go to trial.
cheetah
Lawyers who understand the extraordinary power of charisma and want to learn specific, scientifically sound skills that will make them more charismatic.
cheetah
Lawyers who believe that there are (still) legal matters that need to be tried rather than settled.

What you will learn:

owl
A scientifically sound system of skills for securing trust from judges and jurors – in fractions of a second, and maintaining that trust throughout an entire trial.
owl
A new vocabulary of precise communication skills that will enhance your ability to command and control the thoughts and emotions of judges and jurors.
owl
How to break the cycle of toxic, self-imposed, unwritten “rules” of courtroom decorum, and become a truly fearless conqueror in the courtroom.
owl
How to add adventure, fun and true fulfillment into the profession you dreamed would deliver all of those things for you… but as of yet, has fallen short.
owl
How to use the characters in your cast, scenes, set pieces, and props to develop your “Theory of Right,” which will drive every narrative and performance decision during your trials, and remove distractions that eradicate credibility and trust.
owl
There are no neutral movements. Every move you make either helps or hurts your communications. So you will learn our seven Battle Stations; a scientifically sound formula detailing exactly where you should be positioning your body in the courtroom during every aspect of every trial.
owl
Specific skills and techniques for dynamic storytelling and dramatic persuasion that actors are taught, but lawyers aren’t.
owl
A new understanding of specific ways to entertain a jury, that you have never even considered.
